Constitutional Law

Our experience in regularly representing local governments makes us particularly suited to representing clients in the area of Constitutional Law.  The Firm's collective background includes experience in First Amendment and defamation matters, claims involving the application of the Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution, and claims of alleged violations of due process, property, and liberty interests asserted under the U.S. and Florida Constitutions. We also have defended numerous cases in state and federal court involving the application of the equal protection clause, as well as civil rights claims brought under Section 1983.

Torcivia, Donlon, Goddeau & Rubin, P.A. offers its services to clients throughout Florida, including those located in Palm Beach County, Martin County, St. Lucie County, Indian-River County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County.
