Election Law

Attorneys in our Firm have represented individuals and organizations in election law issues for almost 30 years. We have successfully defended elected officials in recall elections, have drafted ballot summaries, and have prevailed in cases challenging the results of elections. We have also prevailed in appeals involving various election issues, including those involving ballot language and the expenditure of public funds by local governments in an election contest. We regularly provide advice and counsel regarding both candidate elections and issue-based elections.
