Ethics

Palm Beach County has long been at the forefront of ethics reform. In 1986, Mr. Torcivia drafted Palm Beach County's first ethics ordinance. In 2010, the Office of the Inspector General and the Palm Beach County Code of Ethics were established. The County also created the Palm Beach County Ethics Commission.  Our Firm has a great deal of experience in drafting ethics compliance materials, providing ethics training, and preparing ethics guidance and legal opinions. We also represent clients before the Florida Ethics Commission, Palm Beach County Ethics Commission, and the Inspector General of Palm Beach County.

Torcivia, Donlon, Goddeau & Rubin, P.A. offers its services to clients throughout Florida, including those located in Palm Beach County, Martin County, St. Lucie County, Indian-River County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County.
