Non-Profit and Education Practice

The Firm represents a number of non-profits, charter schools, private academies, and school districts throughout Palm Beach County, the Treasure Coast, and Southeast Florida. Our experience includes assisting non-profits and schools with contract negotiations and commercial matters, lease agreements, corporate and transactional issues, Sunshine Law issues, public records compliance, and personnel and human resources matters. We represent non-profits and educational clients in state and federal court litigation, as well as in arbitrations and proceedings before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings and the Florida Department of Education. We appear on behalf of clients in matters pending before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Florida Commission on Human Relations
